Vacation Care Program Activities

Our Vacation Care program is a supervised care and recreational holiday program including activities, excursions and theme days available during School Holidays and Pupil Free Days. Children are required to provide their own lunch, morning and afternoon tea as well as wet weather gear, swimmers, hats and sunscreen.

Please note that our policy regarding cancelling a booking for Vacation Care is 2 full weeks’ notice by 7:00am 2 weeks prior to the booking.

All bookings (Including Sick days) not cancelled by this time will be marked as absent and charged as an absent day

The Christmas Vacation Care program and Xplor bookings are now open.

All Bookings for Vacation care are be completed on the Xplor Home app.

If your account is overdue it will need to be paid in full  prior to making Vacation Care bookings
