Dylan Burkitt

Director

Dylan has been part of the Community OOSH Services family for more than 12 years, growing through the organisation from Educator to Coordinator and now Director. His experience across each of these roles has given him a strong understanding of what it takes to create exceptional programs and meaningful experiences for children and families.

A big kid at heart, Dylan has always been surrounded by education, with both his father and sister working in the primary teaching profession. Combined with his own years in OOSH, this has helped shape his passion for creating high-impact, engaging environments where children can learn, play and make lifelong memories.

As a father of two young children, Dylan values the importance of building genuine relationships with families and creating spaces where every child feels welcomed, supported and excited to attend. His energetic personality and hands-on approach make him a familiar face in games, activities and imaginative play, where he enjoys connecting with children on their level.

Outside of work, Dylan is an enthusiastic collector and loves sharing his passion for Pokémon with the children, often using their shared interests to spark conversations, friendships and exciting experiences. His commitment to fun, quality programming and positive relationships helps ensure Community OOSH Services continues to be a place where children feel they belong and every day brings a new adventure.
