Vacation Care
Our Vacation Care program provides children with exciting, engaging and memorable experiences during school holidays and Staff Development Days (pupil-free days).
Each seasonal program is carefully designed to offer a mix of excursions, themed days, and sports days, giving children opportunities to explore new interests, build friendships and create lasting memories.
At Community OOSH Services, we believe school holidays should be adventurous, exciting and filled with experiences children genuinely look forward to attending.
What to bring
During Vacation Care Days, Children are required to bring a school bag with:
- Lunch
- Morning tea
- Afternoon tea
- Drink Bottle
- A hat
- Shoes
- Swimmers and a towel
Please note: that our policy regarding cancelling a booking for Vacation Care is 2 full weeks’ notice by 7:00am 2 weeks prior to the booking.
All bookings (Including Sick days) not cancelled by this time will be marked as absent and charged as an absent day.
VACATION CARE BOOKINGS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED
The Summer Vacation Care programs and bookings will be released on Monday 23 November 2026.
All Bookings for Vacation care are to be completed on the Xplor Home app.
If your account is overdue it will need to be paid in full prior to making Vacation Care bookings.
