Coffs Harbour Booking

During School Holiday periods and Pupil Free Days on all excursions children will leave centre at approx. 9:00am and return by approx. 4.30pm. We travel by bus & or van to all excursions. The PCYC Service is approved for 150 children where we run a minimum ratio of 1 staff to 15 children with a anticipated staff of 10. Risk Assessments available upon request for each venue. I give permission for my children to participate in programmed activities & attend excursion days nominated on the program (shown on next page), as well as participate in any walking excursions from the centre. I give permission for my children to view P & PG Videos, DVD’s or electronic games provided by the centre.

On all excursion days children are required to be at the centre no later than 8:45am as we have some excursions that will be leaving by 9am sharp in the morning. Please ensure your child has with them each day a Hat, sunscreen, sun/rash shirts appropriate footwear, plenty to eat and drink (a refillable water bottle), swimmers, swim aids (if required) towel, and plastic bag for wet clothes. The minimum notice required to cancel a Vacation Care booking is a full 2 weeks. All bookings (Including sick days) not cancelled by this time will be charged at full fee. Cancellation is required in writing by 08:30am, 2 weeks prior to the booking to avoid being charged.
