Dear Parents and Care Givers

Since the 1st of July 2018 when the new Child Care Subsidy was implemented by the Government we have been sending account statements each fortnight that directly corresponds to the Government Week 1 and 2 CCS fortnight. Due to providing statements fortnightly in arrears but providing 30 days terms to settle the account this has become quite confusing to parents and we have made the decision to change our terms of payment. We are providing you 2 weeks notice regarding this change so you can ensure your account is up to date before the new payment terms are applied.

From June 3 2019 the following changes will be implemented

  1. All accounts will be invoiced fortnightly in arrears. (Already Happens)
  2. The account statement will sent to you via email on a Tuesday afternoon (Fortnightly)
  3. The account will have 14 day payment terms and will be required to be settled prior to the next statement
  4. Overdue accounts notices will be issued on the fortnightly cycle
  5. Accounts that become overdue by more than 30 days will be handled as per our policy “Payment of Fees and Provision of a Statement of Fees Charged by the Education and Care Service Policy”.
